Anju Shaji is a dynamic and driven professional who embarked on her career journey with a simple but profound goal – To foster a workplace culture where employees are continuously motivated & engaged. She pursued master’s in business administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Amity Dubai. This advanced degree equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to excel in the world of HR. Her exceptional performance earned her a place on the Dean's list at her university.

Her career officially kicked off as an HR intern at GMG, a global well-being company with 120+ brands across 12 countries and over 10,000+ employees. After six months, she transitioned to JCDecaux, the world’s no.1 outdoor advertising company, where she assumes the role of HR Assistant for the Middle East region. In this role, Anju is responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, HR policies development and diverse projects on employer branding (internal and external communication and employee wellbeing…).

One of Anju's most notable passions is her dedication to merging the realms of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in HR. She actively conducts researches in this area, exploring innovative ways to bridge the gap between technology and human emotions, ultimately contributing to the evolving landscape of HR.

Anju Shaji is a highly proactive individual, known for her unwavering "can do" attitude, and possesses all the essential skills to seamlessly carry out day-to-day operations. Her dedication to continuous learning and her unwavering mission to transform HR practices sets her apart as a formidable force in the corporate world.
