In her strategic position, she oversees Talent Acquisition operations spanning across the APAC and EMEA regions. With an impressive decade-long career, Hinaya's journey in the field of HR began at the young age of 16, starting as an HR Generalist and later specializing in Technical Recruiting. She has contributed her expertise to major global entities such as Hirdaramani and the London Stock Exchange Group, amassing valuable international work experience in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and her current base in the Middle East.
