Jiten is a commercially aligned business leader and an experienced professional across Business and HR functions with proven ability to develop and manage people strategies for a diverse workforce. With 26 Years’ experience in multiple industries across the region, he has worked across Consumer Durables, Telecom, Banking, FMCG, Distribution, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment, F&B and Hospitality.

After pursuing his MBA in Marketing, he has held various roles in Sales Customer Services, Quality & found his passion in the PEOPLE function. With the motto of “Life-Long learning”, Jiten has acquired many skills through action projects and continued his learning journey by adding qualifications like CPLP by ATD, BPS- level A & B, MBTI, NLP Coaching. Jiten has shared his experiences across many forums and seminars as a speaker along with being a guest lecturer for some of the postgraduate and undergraduate courses in various international universities. His wide industry knowledge gives him the privilege of being on the judging panel for some of the award categories in the region. Jiten continues to share his knowledge with the younger generation and would like them to learn and grow to create a BETTER world tomorrow.
