My work and life choices have seen me traverse the globe, affording me the privilege of driving success for companies across multiple industries and servicing individuals of every race, nationality, and social diversity.

I have created sustainable change and delivered enhanced outcomes in disciplines including talent strategy, hiring, leadership development, assessment, learning & development, OD, technology implementations and data analytics, for organizations including McKinsey, Microsoft, Accenture, Vodafone, Philips, Honeywell, and Merrill Lynch.

Today, I pursue my mission and passion through Melius Consulting, a business I created to redefine what HR can accomplish, to reimagine what can be achieved, to challenge conventional thinking and to deliver gamechanging results. I infuse within the organization a focus of simplicity over unnecessary complexity, resourcefulness over waste, and deep-rooted commitments to consistency, continuous improvement, and excellence.

My mathematics and science-based education, a pragmatic nature and an allergy for ineffectiveness and the superfluous, support my mission. As do a wicked sense of humor and a propensity to tread on the lighter side of life!
