Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh is an accomplished Human Resource leader driving business strategies with 28 years of progressive experience in prominent multinational corporations spanning India, South East Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Dr. Vinod Singh is specialized in various facets of the Human Resource arena including change management, process transformation, organization development and employee relations. He is known as “People Leader” for his exceptional commitment to fostering personal development and addressing people's issues in every professional context he has been part of.

Currently, Dr. Vinod Singh serves as the Joint President and HR Head of Overseas units of UltraTech Cement Limited which is the third largest cement manufacturer globally (excl. China). He is based out of Dubai, UAE. UltraTech Cement is the cement business of the larger Aditya Birla Group, a diversified multinational conglomerate spread across 36 counties with revenues of over USD 60 billion. Dr. Vinod Singh was recipient of the renowned Aditya Birla Group Value Role Model Award for the year 2015.

Prior to moving to Dubai in 2018 In his previous role, he was Head Business - HR for Overseas Spinning and Domestic Textiles business & Acrylic Fiber Business of Aditya Birla Group based out of Bangkok, Thailand. Preceding this, he contributed his expertise to prominent organization’s in India such as Ambuja Cement, Daewoo Motors, Modi Cement, Ambuja Neotia Group.

Dr. Vinod Singh possesses a PhD from Burapha University, Bangkok, Thailand, along with a Master's degree in Organization Development from Assumption University, Thailand, a PG Diploma in Personnel Management from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University, India.

He is passionate about reading, travelling different parts of world and takes keen interest in understanding of culture, behaviors and leadership patters in different walks of life.
