Her influence extends beyond the corporate realm, as she actively contributes to the advancement of women in technology through her co-founding of Women's Tech Connection, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing opportunities and learning resources.

She was honoured with the honorary award in the 2023 Forty under 40 for her exceptional contribution in South Africa. Andisa was a finalist in the Sentech Africa Tech Week's Women in Tech Award category 2023 where she stands as a business and technology leader. Furthermore, Andisa's exceptional achievements extend to her role as a finalist in the South Africa Rising Star Awards under the Banking & Financial Services category.
