Karina has an extremely innovative and diverse solution driven mindset, with a background in Industrial Psychology her interests rapidly expanded into the world of various sectors and one being technology whereby she gained a deeper understanding of humans and tech. This interest landed her in agricultural technology innovation and talent consulting. Her entrepreneurial mind had led to the establishments of these companies today.

BahatiSA focuses on human capital development through customized authentic and humanistic coaching for the ever-changing world of business leaders. The business offers registered psychometric assessments, resourcing and HR tech solutions with the aim to speed up and upskill current talent. Her focus is in corporate and SMME development through these interventions and programmes developed. Karina plays a role within the BRICS skills development of south Arica aswell as the Agricultural group to ensure we as a country is leveraging and appropriating ourselves to increase economic growth. Her aim is that every individual/business that goes through her programme must leave changed positively. She has a strong passion for helping improve the lives of others and businesses where ever she can, she started her journey in corporate and serving as a director on an NGO for human rights before she took her leap into the big world. This gave her insight of the pros and cons of what employees go through and hence the coaching that is now created is to mitigate negatives and improve leadership and management of self.
