Nametsegang is a strategic and seasoned human resources executive with multinational experience in blue-chip organisations across various industries in both local and global markets spanning across Africa and Middle east. She is currently concluding her final year of Masters with Philosophy (MPhil) focusing on International Business, which she believes enhances and complements her MBA and undergraduate degree which focused on Industrial Psychology and Industrial Sociology.

She is passionate about co-creating and nurturing conducive environments within organisations so that their people attain both the organisation's vision as well as have them gain personal fulfilment in reaching their career goals.

Her extensive experience includes;

Coach, guide and advise multinational senior leadership on navigating complex contexts and adapting in an agile and cohesive manner in order to drive the focused imperatives to attain strategic goals.

Create/Build/ Maintain/Evolve human capital teams across various countries in alignment with the company's strategic intent

Developing and delivering on people imperatives and organisational ROI in line with the company's strategy across Africa and the Middle East;

Co-creating and embedding a conducive organisational culture tailored to local context;

drive key transformational imperatives in line with the country's imperatives;

Developing and implementing impactful Holistic Wellness initiatives aimed at creating sustainable culture of awareness within organisations

Create global mobility and other best-in class frameworks, policies, process and practices

Even though Nametsegang has received numerous accolades and acknowledgements within organisations she has worked in over the last two decades, she believes true testament of success is in how those around us (particularly future generations) develop and thrive in spite of challenges experienced, and create a sustainable future better than what we are currently living in.
