Queen is currently serving as the Executive Director of United Way South Africa. Her primary responsibility is to lead the organization in its mission to improve lives by mobilizing communities worldwide to promote the common good. With the support of donors, partners, and volunteers, she is at the forefront of United Way South Africa's efforts to enhance the health, education, and financial stability of individuals in every community. One of her key focuses is to establish sustainable solutions for vulnerable children, youth, and the elderly.

As a highly impactful CEO, Queen's social investment initiatives primarily target addressing and resolving challenges related to education literacy, healthcare, and unemployment among young individuals. Additionally, she is a passionate advocate for human rights, social justice, and the eradication of human trafficking.

Queen brings a wealth of experience as a senior executive leader in various sectors, including national and multinational corporations, government entities, and non-governmental organizations. Throughout her career, she has consistently made positive contributions to organizations, improving the lives and personal growth of individuals.

Prior to her current role, Queen served as a Human Resources Practitioner, excelling as both an individual contributor and a leader in people and business management. She is renowned for her ability to drive business change, facilitate leadership development, and reengineer organizations.

With extensive experience in the Human Resources space, Queen has played a pivotal role as both an individual and Chief People Officer in local and international companies. Her influence has been instrumental in promoting gender diversity, enhancing employee engagement, facilitating successful mergers and acquisitions, and driving transformational work. She has also implemented effective change management processes and streamlined people-related systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Throughout her career, Queen has worked across various industries, including Information Technology and Communication, Engineering, Production, Government, and non-profit organizations.

Queen's impressive educational background includes a Business Development and Fund-Raising Management from Indiana University, a Master's in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa, Honors degrees in Psychology and Social Work from the University of South Africa and the University of The Witwatersrand respectively, a Project Management Diploma from the University of Pretoria, and a Management Development Diploma, also from the University of Pretoria.
