My journey at the UAE's largest veterinary clinic as a Front Desk Training Specialist and HR Administrator has been a fulfilling and diverse experience. In this dual role, I bridge the gap between front desk operations and human resources functions.

As a Front Desk Training Specialist, I have the privilege of ensuring that our front desk staff delivers exceptional customer service to our clients. I design training programs that empower our team with the skills and knowledge required to warmly welcome clients, efficiently handle appointments, and effectively communicate about their pets' care. This role allows me to contribute significantly to the clinic's outstanding reputation for customer service and patient care.

Simultaneously, as an HR Administrator, I manage various aspects of human resources, from recruiting and onboarding new staff to administering employee benefits. My commitment lies in fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our dedicated team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.
