Neetu is a Senior Human Resources leader with over 16 years of robust global experience in driving organizational effectiveness through Total Rewards, Global Mobility, Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Analytics, Digitization and HR Business partnership.

Neetu holds a Master’s Degree in HR & Organisational Development. During her stint in consulting, she specialised in aligning HR interventions with the strategic agenda by working with Business leaders and CXOs across leading organizations and geographies (Middle East, Africa and Asia).

Her experience in HR spans across diverse industries from banking, pharmaceutical / medical equipment, waste management to now shipping.

During her career, she has led several transformation projects and contributed significantly to organisations in their digitation, change management journey and led HR due diligence in mergers & acquisition situations.

In her spare time, she loves to run and spend time with family.
