Shamita is the Founder and MD - Eagleye Human Resource Developers, a company that offers a unique
combination of Human Resource and business consulting services. She is an expert in Training &
Coaching -Soft Skills/ Leadership skills, Employee Wellness, Employee Engagement initiatives, Business &
HR Strategy, speaks at various conferences and forums on related topics. She has recently completed
her psychometrics training from Indian Institute of Business Psychology for Occupational Psychometric
Assessor, has been conducting psychometric tests and delivering trainings, post assessments, on areas
of improvement at Mid- Senior levels.
A third-generation entrepreneur, with roots from a small business family, entrepreneurial by spirit,
Shamita comes with a diverse background of more than 16 years’ experience into HR , Career Guidance,
business development, sales, relationship management ,business strategy , operations, Talent
Acquisition & Management, L&D – She has handled end to end oversees and local hiring projects , team
building and soft skill trainings, Career Coaching and guidance and life skills, Coaching to C- suite
executives.
Instrumental in closely working with some of her renowned clients on junior(bulk) – mid- senior to C
level recruitments in banking and finance industry, retail, tourism, logistics, oil and gas, FMCG, media,
hospitality, real estate industry and many more. As an adroit HR Consultant -Shamita has suggested
hiring strategies and Modus Operandi’s to Head of Human Resources/CHRO and CEOs for best and
desired outcomes for their business to thrive and prosper in near future and long term.
Long Prior to starting Eagleye, Shamita started her career in 2005 hard core sales of life insurance
products, moved to back end operations dept, customer service and eventually to HR dept where she
honed herself in dealing with strategic HR issues. Has worked with 2 HR Consultancies in UAE ,
developed business from the scratch and end to end handled teams for recruitments and HR Consulting
for clients. From the time her journey started in UAE in 2006, she has been keenly observing gaps in
hiring activities & Human Resource Development and has been instrumental in suggesting
methodologies to her Clients to fill those gaps. Developing human resource and helping to get best of
out of one’s capability, has been Shamita’s passion since day one , which motivated her to further her
career into training and Coaching. She has successfully imparted Leadership, one on one Coaching
sessions to her clients in UAE, soft skills trainings to mid- junior levels and have got very good response
from her clients in terms of outcomes.
