I am a seasoned HR professional with 27 years of invaluable Middle East experience, having worked with major international companies. My journey in the field of HR began in 1995.

My last employment was with M/s. McLaren Construction LLC, where I honed my skills in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, which significantly contributed to the company's growth and success.

With a rich and diverse background in HR leadership, I have recently transitioned to my role at M/s. Gardenia Contracting, a part of Azizi Development. My primary objective is to create a workplace that is synonymous with happiness for all employees. Drawing upon my extensive experience and insights gained from working with multinational corporations, I bring a unique perspective to the table.
